Ticket Issuance
E-tickets are issued after successful payment and airline confirmation. Ticketing status is shown in My Bookings.
Name Accuracy
Passenger names must exactly match the passport or government-issued ID. Name change requests may incur airline fees and are subject to airline policy.
Baggage
Baggage allowances are as per the airline policy shown at the time of booking. Excess baggage charges are the passenger's responsibility.
Check-in
Passengers are responsible for completing check-in within the airline's required timeframe. Samru Travels is not liable for missed flights.
Fare Rules
Fare rules including refundability and change fees are displayed at the time of booking. Non-refundable fares cannot be cancelled for a refund.
Cancellation
Flight cancellations are subject to airline charges plus a Samru Travels service fee of ₹500 per booking.
Rescheduling
Date changes are subject to airline charges plus a Samru Travels service fee of ₹300 per booking and fare difference.
Refund
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the airline processes the cancellation.
