Booking Confirmation
Hotel bookings are confirmed only after the booking supplier returns a confirmed status. Pending bookings are not confirmed bookings.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in and check-out times are as per the hotel policy shown at booking. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Room Allocation
Room allocation within the booked category is at the hotel's discretion. Specific room requests are subject to availability.
Meal Plans
Meal plans are as booked. Unused meals are non-refundable. Meal plan inclusions are as per the hotel's definition.
Child Policy
Child policies vary by property and are shown at the time of booking. Children's ages must be accurately declared at the time of booking.
Cancellation
Cancellation charges are as per the hotel's policy shown at the time of booking. Free cancellation windows vary by property.
No-Show
A no-show is treated as a cancellation. No refund is applicable for no-shows unless the hotel's policy specifically allows it.
Hotel Voucher
Guests must present the Samru Travels hotel voucher at check-in. The voucher contains the booking reference and confirmation details.
Disputes
